Processing Time & Dispatch

We offer worldwide delivery and dispatch all orders safely and securely within 1-2 business days using a tracked service. Shipping times are estimated and commence from the date of dispatch rather than the date of your order.

Please be aware that we only ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. While the shipping estimates provided reflect average delivery times for each service, they are not guaranteed.

Please be aware that while the Canada Post CUPW (Canadian Union of Postal Workers) strike has now ended, we are currently unable to ship to Canada until Canada Post resumes normal operations and clears the existing backlog. General Information

We ship worldwide from either our UK, US or EU warehouses.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch notification via email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam or junk folders, as it can sometimes end up there. 

If you still haven't received it or are having trouble tracking your order, please contact our Help Desk. We'll respond within two business days.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you.

If you're purchasing a product on 'pre-order', the estimated dispatch date will be displayed in the product description. Orders with multiple products will be held until the 'pre-order' product is ready to ship.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate delivery cost for your order, please add your selected products to the cart and head to the checkout.

The checkout screen will show both delivery charges and estimated shipping times. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas or large, bulky items.

Import Duty & Taxes

International orders (excluding the UK, US and the EU) may be applicable for duties, fees and import taxes. These costs are all determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local courier or government agency to ensure you receive your order. MindJournal does not collect these fees, which may be charged before, on, or after delivery. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes/Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. However, once an order is placed, it moves directly into our processing system. This means we’re unable to accommodate cancellations, order modifications, or changes to your shipping address. This streamlined process ensures your order is prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible, even during peak times. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that while MindJournal cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

If you decide you no longer wish to keep your items after they arrive, you are welcome to return them for a refund, provided they meet our return criteria. For guidance on initiating a return, please refer to our Returns Policy via our Help Desk.
