A guide toward self improvement

It's a game changer for men and myself. I truly need to reflect and express my inner pain and trauma. This makes it easier to do that. I like the check list and questions. Helps you to write and express your thoughts and feelong better.

Love it!

I have been reading/hearing about the benefits of journalling for years now, but never started. Simply because I didn't know how or what to write and that task somehow always seemed too daunting to get into it. Eventhough I always believed that writing could help you in many ways. I started my Mindjournal on my birthday, Dec. 15th, after my wife and 8-year old daughter gave me the journal as a present. I haven't written in it daily, but it sure feels good to do so when I get to it. It's very relaxing to the mind to get stuff on paper and out of your head. And more often than not new and/or forgotten insights find their way onto the paper automatically and unexpected. So, I'm definitely keeping this up and I can recommend Mindjournal to anyone who is thinking about starting a journal. And with that I do not only mean the guys among us. Good luck!

My 1st Mind Journal

Designed for beginners, MindJournal features our signature Check-in tool and 30 life-changing exercises to help you kickstart your writing. We recommend starting with MindJournal if you’re new to journaling.

MindJournal Pro is the next step after completing MindJournal. It keeps our signature Check-in tool but removes the 30 exercises, giving you more freedom and less guidance.

Firstly, our products are undated, allowing you to start when you feel ready and progress at a pace that suits you. The pace at which you progress through your journal will determine how long it takes you to complete it.

There are 30 entries for the guided questions section and another 30 for the free writing section (still containing the Check-in tool but no other guidance), so if you were to journal every day, one journal would take you 60 days to complete.

More commonly, we base completion on three times a week on average, as this seems more manageable. If you were to do this, a journal would take you around three months to complete.

Firstly, congratulations for completing your MindJournal. Depending on your goals, you have a couple of options.

You can move onto the MindJournal Pro, our follow-on journal. It keeps our signature Check-In tool but removes the 30 exercises, giving you more freedom and less guidance.

Alternatively, you can go back and complete MindJournal again. Many people find this helpful as it allows you to see progress, reinforce positive habits, and track your ongoing personal growth.

We developed our system in collaboration with a psychology professor, using proven research by academics like Professor James Pennebaker and countless hours of consultation with leading therapists.

We've conducted extensive research and user testing that we consider part of our intellectual property, so we don't make it public. However, most of the research and peer-reviewed papers we've studied are freely available online.
