Shipping & Returns
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place the order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.
Items offered on our website are available for worldwide shipping. If you're experiencing issues with adding your shipping location at checkout, please email us at email@example.com
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 working days from the date of your order. Working days are Monday - Friday and excluding bank holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, just add the items you would like to purchase to your basket, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large, bulky items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to your item/s on delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph of the damage and we will aim to resolve it asap.
SHIPPING RATES & PROTECTION
All items are shipped using a Tracked service. The level of protection offered, should your order not arrive or get damaged during transit, depends on the shipping rate you select at checkout.
Standard Shipping Rate
All items that are shipped using the Standard Shipping Rate are sent without protection. In the unfortunate scenario of the item getting lost or damaged in transit, refunds or replacements are unfortunately not offered.
Express Shipping Rate
All items shipped using the Express Shipping Rate arrive quicker, usually within 2-5 days. All items are protected to the value of the items shipped. A signature is required for added security and confirms that the item has been delivered safely. Items that are lost or damaged during transit will be investigated, and once the courier has compensated MindJournal Ltd, you will be offered either a full refund or your item re-shipped.
Lost & Damaged Items
If you believe your Journal may be lost and you have a tracking number, please visit https://www.aftership.com and enter your tracking code. AfterShip will then provide you with an update. If your item is marked as in Transit, it could still be on its way to you and there could have been a hold up in your countries Customs Department.
If you don’t have a tracking number, or would like to raise a support query to locate your Journal please email your issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the unfortunate case that your Journal has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your Journal to email@example.com. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Kickstarter & Pre-Orders
If you backed MindJournal on Kickstarter or pre-ordered MindJournal via the Shopify store before July 2016 your item was shipped using a Tracked & Signed service. All Journals have been shipped. In the unfortunate case that you have not received your Journal, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Unless your item is damaged or lost during transit MindJournal does not offer refunds.
Only items shipped using the Express Shipping Rate are eligible for a refund and only when a full investigation has been carried out by MindJournal and our courier partner.
If your item is returned to us, you will be notified via email that we have received your item. In this case, you will be offered either a full refund (minus shipping) or the option to have your Journal re-shipped.
If you choose the option of a refund it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days of receiving the item.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
